PTO, Fun coworkers, phone discount

Cons

DM and above constantly stress sales team out. Never ending gap calls so store managers have zero work life balance. Wireless vision isn’t competitive with pay compared to corporate. Wireless vision inflates revenue goals for stores so managers pay is capped. Commission structures always changing only in the benefit of the company, while employees at the store make less. Stores are tough to keep staffed due to the pay.

Decent pay and commission opportunities, especially early on Good training at the beginning Some district managers genuinely cared about their teams and tried to do the right thing Opportunities to move up if you aligned with leadership expectations

Store employees are often treated poorly and seen as disposable Toxic culture that prioritizes numbers over integrity Widespread unethical sales practices in many locations, including slamming customer accounts with features or lines they did not request or understand Store managers engaging in deceptive behavior were often rewarded with recognition, bonuses, and trips Honest employees were at a disadvantage compared to those willing to cut corners Inconsistent leadership: district managers were either excellent or extremely ineffective, with no middle ground High stress, high pressure environment with little accountability at the top
