Pros

The few honest sales reps are decent human beings. Those rare people are the only pro about this horrendous company.

Cons

Pretty much everything. Other than the only pro listed above, there's not one good thing I can think of to put here.

Pros

Good pay. Only if you're at a high volume location. If you're at a low volume you will probably make half of what this post claims.

Cons

Inexperienced upper management, no development or training of any kind. Will push their employees so much that most associates leave due to the stress and unrealistic goals. Managers or leads will not have a work life balance. It will be all work, if it's not you fail at your duties. The company will not appreciate any of your hard work or dedication. If you work here it's only benefit is the pay, at times. Don't invest time on growth.

Pros

I have been with the company for quite a while and it is very true the CEO and certain family members are decent people, but the workplace has become toxic and Sr. Leadership is either clueless or simply does not care. I am getting paid and I like my direct store manager, but have zero motivation to move to leadership.

Cons

To be 100% transparent, I am currently looking for a new job, but all of these fake reviews praising the company are driving me to take action and spend time to tell it how it REALLY is. When I leave I will NEVER look back. What a shady company. They hire leaders that are also shady or the whole house of cards collapses. WHERE ARE YOU SABER??????????? Is this your legacy? Former Best Buy Employees at every turn, qualified or not. Expect no work life balance and every month varies from zero approved over-time, only to change to crazy hours causing overtime and ridiculous expectations due to horrible short staff. This is ALWAYS an issue across the company due to massive turnover (never stops). Customers BEWARE: The BIGGEST complaint as an employee that cares about customer service. All store employees are managed to how many people walk by and in/out the front door (called “Conversion” ) Conversion = # of customers divided by number of phones sold). If you do not sell enough phones compared to how many people walk across the front door or walk in and out of the store. We literally despise when customers walk back in and cause another "Click" (Meaning new customer) EVEN THOUGH WE WANT OUR CUSTOMERS TO FEEL WELCOME- Please Talk to Sr. Leadership, they are fully aware of our complaints and having to ask customers :Can you please not have your children run by the door? Why? Because it effects my pay and my managers bonuses…..even leading to disciplinary action. Seems fair right? Not. If you wonder why we are glaring at you (smokers, forgot something in your car, your kids) see above ^ You will NOT have paid holidays, you will be forced to work split shifts (be sure to ask about in interviews), you will be micro-managed, you are still just a number (unless related to owners), there is less than ZERO work life balance and they do not care. This company is not ready for any kind of expansion as even the HR team is effective as cardboard cutouts. How have you let this continue T-Mobile? Be sure to ask about RPH, such a joke.
