Pros

Great people, lovely new office, cleaners keep the place spotless.

Cons

They expect a lot of unpaid overtime from everybody. Apparently that's just what happens when you're an accountant. No thanks given. Management haven't a clue. Lots of nonsense rules. Large turnover of great staff. Hence why they're always advertising for new ones. No benefits.

Pros

Global Company with deep pockets to invest

Cons

Poor management in Ireland. Mostly dragged in from abroad made up of individuals who dont understand the Irish market. There is a real arrogance and are in love with their own Hype. UPS Europe is the poor cousin of UPS America and UPS Ireland is the poor cousin of UPS Europe. Yet they think are big players when really they are not. UPS Ireland will ruin what was good about Nightline if they have not already. They believe they can do as they see fit with customers. Its Links Pt2 - death by politics. DPD, TNT, DHL, Fastway must all be laughing at prospects for 2018.
