Pros

-OK salary -Good benefits -Good holiday and other leave entitlement -Exciting clients -Opportunities to work abroad for those who want it -More than just lip service to CSR considerations

Cons

What was once a fast-paced, exciting start-up with huge growth potential, has sadly become another faceless, corporate stick-in-the-mud. It's a really tough job to take a previously vibrant and young company to the next stage and whilst the previous leadership made you feel welcome, wanted and valued, the new SLT is distant, not approachable and fails to understand the core company values. Perhaps it's to be expected during this transitional process, but practically doubling in size overnight due to acquisition, whilst simultaneously seeing the company founder exit the business has been a bridge too far for previously great culture to survive. If you join ITG now, you can expect average pay, a good benefits package, but long hours with no gratitude for what you are expected to give up. A friend who still works there told me that the CEO recently spoke about choosing to see working long hours as a privilege. I cannot agree, I've seen too many colleagues completely burn out and go to some really bad mental places, whilst working here. Such a sad thing to watch, when you've lived through the good times and have seen just what is possible.

Hi There, sorry to hear that you found the workload overwhelming, we appreciate that agency life and its pace is most definitely not for everyone. I agree the fort parking is super good... I hope you are enjoying a better balance now.

Pros

Good pay compared to other companies

Cons

Zero training for your role Over worked disgruntled staff Staff welfare ignored in favour of agreeing to wild client demands Clear nepotism from top to the bottom Due to good pay an expectation that they own you and can work you like a dog Despite presenting a tech forward company the internal systems used are archaic and creaking

Hi, thank you for your feedback, good to hear that ITG's pay structure was competitive for you.. Disappointing to hear some of your other points, we totally appreciate our awesome hard working client service teams, they do an amazing job keeping our clients happy, we know this is a demanding role and not for everyone, and because of this we ensure that we have lots of different ways to support. We are sorry that this wasn't your experience but hope you are happy where you are now.

Pros

The work was super easy. Unlimited PTO. Coworkers were amazing.

Cons

Definitely could use an update on the pay considering the economy. Management could be a little more transparent with changes.

Hey, thank you for your feedback - apologies our response is late... Great to hear you enjoy the Unlimited PTO, and appreciate your coworkers so much.. Totally hear your comments on transparency, hopefully you will have seen the recent Town Hall broadcast, transparency was key here. Lets hope we see a great 2026 that we can all enjoy.
