Great benefits, Strong Senior Management
Having worked for ITG for 5 years now, I can safely say that I've never pushed myself as hard to deliver my best for our clients as I am in this role. The reason for this is because ITG instil a 'can do' attitude to its' employees when it comes to clients as they are our number one priority and the Senior Leadership continue to inspire us to deliver the best. Our CEO (and Founder) Simon has been such a driving force in transforming our business over the past few years to focus on marketing technology, it's been great to be part of that journey and long may it continue.
I can happily say that my line manager has an active role in my development and is very supportive of my career ambitions. They are also there should I need to prioritise a client issue or discuss team management.
I think this year has also seen our CEO take a strong stance on employee Well Being, with so many new initiatives being established, including a specialised counsellor, yoga sessions for employees, fitness sessions and Well Being counsellors. This has been so vital this year and I know a lot of my team feedback has been incredibly positive, helping them maintain a positive mind during a difficult time.
I can happily say that I would recommend working for ITG - I love the work ethic, it's client first everytime and we work our socks off as a team to make sure that we deliver the absolute best for them.
