      Hi, thank you for your feedback - 2025 has seen a lot of change for ITG especially in the US. All of which we see as really positive and the US teams have been a very welcome addition to the ITG family - that said we do recognise that trading conditions have been difficult but we are positive that 2026 will create lots of opportunities as we go from strength to strength.       Huge opportunity, due to the diverse portfolio of service and technology offerings, backed by a strong leadership team and amazing people. I am genuinely excited to come to work and see my colleagues, deliver for our clients and continue to help build this FAST growing company. Yes we work hard, and occasionally long hours, but it’s that hard work that has created the opportunities and reputation we have. A strong focus on innovation and technology from senior management ensures we’re always relevant to our clients, which makes the job we have to do so much easier.

      Cons

      As we grow quickly, and continue to integrate the different parts of our business we need to continue to improve our internal comms and standardise operations across the group.
