Thank you for your review. We're disappointed to hear about your experience with us. Having to make redundancies is always our last option and we review all other solutions before moving forward with this, but sometimes it is unavoidable in business. Once the redundancy has been confirmed with no other alternatives, we find that allowing the employee to leave without working their notice where possible, is a better option for the individual. We encourage employees to provide feedback on how we can improve these processes. Even though you have now left the business, if you did want to talk to us, we would welcome this. We are very proud of our enhanced benefits package, which we review annually and is currently above benchmark for similar sized businesses. It is unfortunate that you didn't make use of this.
