Answers to any issue is token meetings, followed at best with radio silence and patronized listening, and worst by outright retaliation costing people promotions, raises, bonuses, stock, and their reputation.
The cult mentality of telling employees and the community you are racially progressive while appropriating Hawaiian culture, happily doing business with those directly harming vulnerable immigrants, and supporting white leaders who continually overlook and attack their higher performing POC subordinates, is horrendous.
