Sligo Leitrim Energy Agency (SLEA) supports homeowners, communities, contractors and local stakeholders in delivering high-quality energy retrofit projects across the North West. SLEA works across a range of SEAI-funded programmes including Community Energy Grants (CEG), Warmer Homes and related energy efficiency initiatives.
Due to continued growth and increasing programme activity, SLEA is seeking an Operations & Programme Administrator to support the day-to-day coordination, administration and delivery of retrofit and energy upgrade programmes.
About the Role
The Operations & Programme Administrator will play a central role in supporting programme delivery, client communications, contractor coordination and internal administration systems.
This role is ideally suited to a highly organised and proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records and support a fast-paced project environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage project administration across SEAI retrofit programmes
· Coordinate homeowner, contractor and supplier communications
· Maintain accurate project records, SharePoint folders and tracking systems
· Support preparation and processing of contracts, grant documentation and project files
· Track project deadlines, outstanding actions and compliance requirements
· Assist with SEAI workbook administration and reporting requirements
· Support scheduling of surveys, technical assessments and quality assurance visits
· Prepare internal reports, spreadsheets and operational updates
· Assist with procurement, invoicing and financial administration as required
· Provide backup support and cover for Accounts team members during periods of leave
· Respond to incoming client enquiries professionally and efficiently
· Work closely with the management and technical team to support project delivery
· Contribute to the improvement of internal systems and operational processes
· Prepare SLEA community PowerPoint presentations as required from time to time
· General office administration and coordination duties as required
Essential Requirements
· Minimum 3-4 years relevant administration or operations experience
· Excellent organisational and time management skills
· Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, Teams, power point and SharePoint
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to work independently while also contributing to a small team
· Professional, calm and solutions-focused approach
Must- Haves
· Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
· Fluent spoken and written English.
· Authorisation to work in Ireland.
· Complete a 6-month probationary period.
Desirable Experience
· Experience working in administration, project coordination or programme support
· Knowledge of SEAI schemes or construction / retrofit administration
· Experience working with contractors, suppliers or technical project teams
· Experience in accounts administration, procurement or reporting
· Experience using CRM systems, cloud filing systems or project tracking tools
· Accounts experience, invoice processing, payroll and using SAGE.

Pay: €33,000.00-€38,000.00 per year
