    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at Trinity College Dublin full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    The geographical location is great.

    Cons

I worked in Trinity for about 4 years, and before that I worked in several continents. In terms of career development this place strikes me of its racism and unfairness. Equality, Diversity and Inclusions is really poor valued. Hierarchy remains strong.

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Trinity College Dublin full-time for more than a year

    Pros

fitness, sport, IT service, administration, roads

    Cons

Discrimination and hierarchy! PIs think that they are so special and I have noticed that they have several excellent professors and the rest like "Infants to the mother warts", no ideas and absence of ambitious. Except that they are Irish would not bring to any professorship position in other civilized countries!!!
