Collaborative approach. I feel very valued, listened too and trusted in my role. Great support from my manager and management team as a whole. Career progression is an area that stands out for me. Investment, development and support for the people that work here is refreshing and great to see. Team spirit across all areas of the business shines through. Really great place to work that have amazing people to work along side.

Working with vulnerable people and their families means at times you see the very sad side to a person's life and can be hard to switch off from that.
