Key Responsibilities

• Support the management team across the programme

• Undertake project support role across the BPM related projects assigned in planning and executing projects, tracking issues etc

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather feedback, understand challenges and bring innovative ideas to solutioning discussions

• Prepare reports, presentations and analysis to support decision making processes

• Assist in co-ordinating efforts across the CEVC to enhance operational efficiency, drive continuous improvement and business benefits realisation.

• Work with product owners to manage interdependencies between the BOS products

Experience and s kills Required

• A minimum of 3 years ' demonstrated experience performing the core duties of this role or a comparable position, with a proven track record of successfully executing similar responsibilities.

• Wo rking knowledge of project management tools and methods such as planner, MS project, Azure DevOps desirable.

• Strong communication skills with an ability to effectively articulate ideas and project updates to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.

• Strong aptitude for technology with the ability to learn new concepts across business processes, data, and cloud‑based platforms.

• Ability to understand, map and manage the interconnections between multiple processes, systems, and functional teams.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.

• Confident operating with senior stakeholders and diverse audiences.

• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
