As a Researcher, a typical day involves carefully planning and organizing research activities by employing a variety of secondary and primary research methods. The role requires structuring research projects to gather meaningful insights and delivering comprehensive findings that support strategic initiatives. Throughout the day, the Researcher collaborates with different stakeholders to interpret market trends and develop communication strategies that align with the objectives of key projects, ensuring that research outcomes are effectively integrated into decision-making processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of research methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team to foster innovation.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to build their research capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Experience in designing and executing research frameworks that incorporate both qualitative and quantitative approaches.
• Ability to synthesize market trends and research findings into clear, strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively present research outcomes to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and their applications within research and innovation contexts.
