Zebra Technologies interview questions

It was in two stages: first stage was personally at their offices with two colleagues from the internal Audit dept., which was amazing. The former was online with two colleagues, one from the AMerican office. Even though it all have mad a good impression and I was feeling hopeful, I am over a month without any reply (even though I know that there were only 3 applicants at the last interview) which makes me confused and frustrated, since I do not know whether I have the job or not. I would appreciated better communication from the Talent acquisition team in this regard. I have also tried to contact them directly (first HR manager who has communicated me, then her colleague and then their front offices) yet I have received no reply so far.

I had a confirmed 15‑minute phone screen with Cathy for Tuesday, 4/28 at 9:00 AM regarding the Business Analyst, Professional II position at Zebra Technologies. However, before the scheduled interview time, I received a rejection email without any prior notice of cancellation or change. The interviewer also did not show up for the confirmed call. This experience reflects poor communication and a lack of respect for candidates’ time. A simple update or cancellation notice would have demonstrated professionalism and basic courtesy. Candidates deserve a transparent and consistent process, especially when interview times have already been formally confirmed.
