VMware Technical Support Engineer interview questions

THE Vmware interview process is worst than any other company. Process took 1 month. 1st : - technical round Basic Networking (45 min) 2nd : - Technical round -Core Network (1h20 min) 3rd: - They call Management round but again it 90 % Core Networking questions and 10 % management questions (1h30 min). 4th : - Hiring Manager round (15-20 min, And guess what Again Technical round ) . 2 weeks no updates and even after followup by the candidate. After 3 weeks finally received an email stating they are not considaring my profile.

The interview process was smooth but takes too long since the screening call to the final interview. I was told that I passed all the interviews but never received an offer.
