Lots of scenario questions but as long as you explain that you would stay calm and help the customer with what you needed then you are right. Also asked about how I’d problem solved in the past.

After seven months working at Primark as a Retail Assistant, I was invited to interview for a Supervisor role. The full-day group interview included a personal presentation, a company workshop, a discussion about Primark’s values, and a practical exercise involving a difficult conversation with a team member based on a specific scenario.

How you would manage a challenging situation with a team member?
Relaxed environment - very casual they made me feel at ease . It was at their lakeside Manchester branch and they were running very late . The lady that interviewed me was very young , I doubted her experience actually she looked like she just left school
