Short telephone interview follwoed by face-to-face. Didn't require much technical work. Simple comptency based questions. Interviewer was clear and precise about job roles. Interview lasted approx 20 mins and received offer at end.
Had an interview with the store manager in the staff room. The standard set of questions for a Primark interview were asked e.g. What would you do if a customer wanted to return an item but the item did not have a tag? A lot of focus on availability.
overall they asked the standard easy interview questions, then after this they take you over to the shop floor to do a short practical task. but it felt like they are trying to get you to work for free
Easy and outgoing where you have to explain you past experiences and what your expectations are. Can be daunting but all interviews are like that. Then had to fill as a self sheet and an exit interview at the end
