Interview
I believe it took me 6 weeks to get hired (applied online):
- 1 week after sending an application, I got a call to schedule a phone interview
- 1 week after the phone interview, I got a call to schedule an in-person interview
- 2 weeks after the in-person interview, I got a call to confirm my hire and orientation date
- 2 weeks after my hiring confirmation was my orientation.
Went to Return & Exchanges and told them I was here for an interview, was lead to the back office and waited a few minutes before being interviewed.

It was a very clear and easy to follow interview process. Overall it took about 30 minutes to complete. There was two people from Primark attending the interview and then myself.

What prior experience helps you with this position?
Goodness super easy as they were kind to me and asked easy questions as I was referred by a friend , do understand their key values though and make sure to do general research on Primark
face to face, very easy and friendly conversation with the hiring manager. i applied for nightshift role.Communication was clear throughout, and the interviewers were friendly, informative, and focused on both technical skills and cultural fit.
