Very quick interview (15 minutes) that took place in a large office in primark. Friendly interviewer and was told everything I needed to know about the job.
Most questions were about how I would get to work and involved the interviewer talking more than me.

One scenario based questions asking what you'd do first (attend to customer, pick something off the floor or re stock something that your supervisor told you to do).
It was a very clear and easy to follow interview process. Overall it took about 30 minutes to complete. There was two people from Primark attending the interview and then myself.

What prior experience helps you with this position?
Goodness super easy as they were kind to me and asked easy questions as I was referred by a friend , do understand their key values though and make sure to do general research on Primark
face to face, very easy and friendly conversation with the hiring manager. i applied for nightshift role.Communication was clear throughout, and the interviewers were friendly, informative, and focused on both technical skills and cultural fit.
