I was invited to have an interview with a hiring manager. It was a short conversation (probably approximately 20 minutes), and I was asked only few questions. The interviewer focused especially on team-work.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Primark (Walsall, England) in Oct 2015

The questionnaire had a lot of trick questions so be careful.
I also had to submit a CV
About a week later i was phoned asking to come in for an interview (majorly scenario based).
The interview process was thorough and well designed. The was a group interview and an individual interview which tested a range of skills, but was carried out in an inclusive and comfortable environment.
face to face interview and it takes arround 15- 20 minutes. its quite easy one and they will ask about questions regarding your educational background, employment history and skills that you have to work in the position.
