Interview
A brief, half and hour question and answer type interview. 3 questions that covered past experience, my strengths or things I could bring to working within the Primark team and things I look to get out of working within the company. Before the interview, I was asked to fill out a form which involved personal details, previous experience and preferred job role.

Question 1
Have you had to give a presentation before, can you briefly describe what it was in relation to and can you explain how you felt this went?
I was invited to have an interview with a hiring manager. It was a short conversation (probably approximately 20 minutes), and I was asked only few questions. The interviewer focused especially on team-work.
face to face interview and it takes arround 15- 20 minutes. its quite easy one and they will ask about questions regarding your educational background, employment history and skills that you have to work in the position.
The interview process was thorough and well designed. The was a group interview and an individual interview which tested a range of skills, but was carried out in an inclusive and comfortable environment.
