Odd, interview became induction. Induction became first shift. It definitely felt like the decision was made prior to the 'interview'. I dont know anyone who failed to get a job offer when given an interview
Quick phone call to discuss experience. Was then invited into the store to have a 1-2-1 conversation with a manager and to discuss availability. Very informal chat and easy process.

Interview
The interview was a good experience the interviewer was very nice and welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. I waited in the staff room and was then called in, the entire interview process lasted under 20 mins.
