basic online application on NEXT website, then practical questions assessing your ability and knowledge of customer service and dealing with public how you would response, then an instore interview with manager and with practical on sales floor
Very quick, told during the interview I had got the job, had till training during interview and had to pick out an outfit. Only a few brief questions to answer
