Group interview of 3, had a practical assessment where we were tasked to pick 3 outfits for 3 mannequins and then a short interview alone. We were given 30/45 mins to pick three outfits then asked to talk through the choices. The 1 to 1 interview was super quick and there weren’t too many questions asked about myself which did I did feel hindered my chances of getting the job, I had some good experience I didn’t get to talk about so they only had my CV to go off really - interview was more of a chat, which was really nice. People were super lovely and kind and generally a very fun interview! I would perhaps go in ready to bring up your own experience up instead of being asked about it.
