Interview
A couple days after applying online, I got a call from the store manager through an unknown number and just shortly went through details about the job and asking if I could come in the next day. During the face to face interaction, I had an interview about the usual retail questions and had a 2 part assessment after. I had to pick out an outfit for a special occasion and then had to put clothes back on the store floor from the changing rooms. Ended up getting called later in the evening saying I got the job.

Interview
Firstly, I got a phone interview asking me basic questions such as what is your previous experience and why I would like to work at Next. Then I got invited to do the in store assessment, where I had to create two outfits based on prompts that I was given, which I had 10 minutes to complete. I had to describe why I had chosen each piece for the outfits I had made. Then I got taken into an office where I was told I had gotten the job.
