Interview
O processo seletivo inicia-se após o candidato se candidatar em alguma vaga no site da Microsoft, ou então ser indicado por algum funcionário, que também deverá realizar a indicação formal através de ferramenta interna.
Após isso, um recrutador entra em contato realizando uma primeira conversa onde o comportamento já é avaliado.
Passando-se neste primeiro crivo, o candidato é encaminhado para entrevistas técnicas com a área que está com a vaga em aberto.
Essa entrevista muitas vezes é feita por outros support escalation engineers e essoas seniors dentro do time, e também pelo gerente da área.
Os entrevistadores então dão o feedback se o candidato deve ou não ser contratado e por quais motivos.
Caso passe desta etapa, uma última entrevista é feita novamente com o RH para demias validações comportamentais.

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter and asked a few questions. She then recommended me and scheduled me for a technical interview and then an interview with a hiring manager. Technical interview was neutral. Hiring manager interview was a no show until I contacted the recruiter. Interview with HM got rescheduled multiple times but went well after speaking. Microsoft was a dream company to work for but the hiring process did not leave a good impression at all for such a reputable company.
