It went well. Most of the questions were technical. They asked me to go into more detail about some of the projects I had built. All the coding questions I got were string parsing. Equivalent to easy/medium on leetcode.

In my group project, how did we manage ourselves to make sure we delivered the finished project on time.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Microsoft (Greensboro, NC) in Jan 2022
Interview
There were 2 total interviews, Each interview was a total of 45 minutes. Both interviews were similarly broken down. 15 minutes for introduction, 25 minutes to solve technical questions, and 5 minutes for questions. The behavioral questions were the most difficult in my opinion. They asked behavioral questions I did not expect. I did research on Glassdoor and connect with previous Leap members.
