After submitting an application, I was scheduled for an initial interview. Pretty easy questions about my resume and a few PM questions.
I then waited a month before ever hearing anything. I reached out about it and it seemed that my recruiter was not working with them anymore. From here onwards, I was passed around between 4 recruiters. Each piece of communication I received was from someone different and there was no point of contact to ask questions to as none of these 4 ever responded.
I was invited to the final round, which consisted of four 45-min interviews. Most questions were okay and the interviewers were engaging. My issue was that it seemed I was interviewing for a specific team, and I had not been provided with this knowledge beforehand. Two of the interviewers asked very technical and team-specific questions that required in depth technical knowledge of the product and/or general knowledge of the product's architecture.

Initial round: Describe how the internet works to a five year old.
Final round: Questions about how the Windows OS utilizes CPU power and how to make that efficient while keeping performance intact.
Three rounds of interview starting with phone screening, middle round of online interview and final round of three interviews all schedule within a couple weeks time. Interviews were Microsoft recruiters followed by employees

Question 1
If your boss asked you to build a coffee machine in a car, how would you approach it?
Standard behavioral set of questions, walked them through past projects I've worked out and answered some case-like product question, like what is your favorite product / non technical product, etc.
Apply the summer intern programme through official website. 2 rounds of interviews in total. Give general idea of what is a good PM and talk about the latest project. Deal with a small case.
