Got flown out and had everything paid for. Shuttled to Microsoft early in the morning, placed in room with recruiters and other candidates. Called back 1 by 1 to interview with various SDET members of OSG. Each interviewer was eloquent and attentive and I felt like I was in a very collaborative environment. Typical 45 minute back and forth with interviewer: opening intro, technical questions, then a few minutes for QA with interviewer afterwards. Overall I loved it, definitely the best interviewing experience I've ever had, getting the offer being the icing on the cake.
