Interview
It was three round 45 minutes interviews. In advance of being flown to Seattle for a face to face interview, there is a phone screening. The interview process is very straight forward and you are never in the dark.

All the questions were behavioral measuring company fit, team fit, business acumen, and critical thinking.
Difficult and technical interview process especially for recruiter job. Recommended but seemed a little strange to me. It has been a while though so not sure how it is now in current hiring and interview procedures

it was friendly and straight forward. they were kind and asked good questions. I liked the person i spoke to. the call was on time and overall good vibes. I like the company too
