Though I choose "UX Research" as my preference, a designer interviewed my and the first question is "what makes you a designer." The interview is quite standard and the interviewer didn't give any hint of whether you perform well. I was told that result would be available in 3 weeks, but it was after a month that I got the rejection letter.
