I had one interview. Approachable and kind hiring manager made me feel very comfortable during interview. The small team seemed dynamic and supportive. Even though It did not work out, it was a very positive experience.
The interview process for a UX Designer at Microsoft Hyderabad consisted of an initial recruiter screening followed by multiple rounds focusing on portfolio presentation, design thinking, problem-solving, and behavioral discussions with cross-functional stakeholders.

Interview
It was an hour long interview for me to present my portfolio. I created an entire slide deck tweaked to microsoft design theme. However I dragged my presentation a bit too much and I needed to cover two case studies and was able to focus only on one. The interviewer was friendly and kept it like a discussion and asked good questions related to the portfolio.
