Medium difficult with a 1:1 person interview which lasted about an hour as well as watching you clean tables and do a trial run throughout the cafe. Everybody was very friendly

Good. They asked me lots of questions about lots of different things to do with coffee. They made it easy to apply and gave me a an interview date very quickly

Very good and efficent, a few questions over the phone. Then in person interview which lasted about 30 mins so was very good. Then a group interview which again lasted about 30 mins.
