    Cons

Late shifts not enough training given expecting to much from Young Christmas staff getting bad reviews from managers and having to chase managers to get ur extra hours u worked for them paid to you.

    Advice to Management

Give better training to seasonal and new staff maybe set up a buddy partner,Managers need to explain better and learn to be more aware off peoples feelings when giving them there last review.and also teach Managers about Mental Health and the affect it has on some workers.
