Then you get another final interview with a partner and the manager that’s gonna supervise you . This was the process before Covid. Assisments are taken at their office

They did taxes assessment and accounting knowledge assessment
test di inglese e test di contabilità e poi colloquio conoscitivo. successivamente, una volta passato il primo si fa il colloquio tecnico con il manager dove vengono testati molti contenuti.

Interview
First, the phone interview if your CV and a motivational letter are interesting, practical test(finance, accounting, audit, tax...)(45min), interview with HR(45min), Manager (45min), and Partner(45min). Every person has specific questions. HR is more about your interests, Manager about skills and Partner tries to get to know if you are the right person for his team
