The interview process was very straightforward. Step 1 - Phone screening: recruiter (3rd party agency during my interview). Basic questions, suggested I should apply for Senior Associate position instead of Associate position because of visa requirement and experience. Working visa was only available for Senior and above. Step 2 - Interview with 2 directors (30 minutes each). Technical test + standard behavioral questions. Used STAR framework to answer standard questions. 3. 30 minutes presentation to 3 future co-workers (this was unexpected) + 30 minutes with future boss. I received provided with very constructive feedbacks about my presentation skills and development potential.
