Interview
Behavioral. They have a meet and greet the night before the interview so you can meet your interviewer. Then the interview consists of behavioral questions, most of which give them an insight into who you are and whether or not they want to work with you. Competence isn't a key issue at first.
Advisory Internship interview. Two behavioral 30-minute interviews with a manager and an MD. received the offer over the phone after around 2 weeks. accepted the full time offer post internship.
2 rounds of behavioral interviews; come prepared to speak about yourself, answer scenario-based questions, and ask thoughtful questions of your interviewers.
They will ask questions specific to the Advisory practice you applied to, so come prepared with relevant accomplishments and solutions you've implemented in that domain previously.

Interview
It was fluid! The interviewer didn’t ask me anything out of the ordinary. It was primarily a fit check rather than technical. I’ve heard it varies, i may have just gotten a chill recruiter.
