I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at KPMG (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2012
Interview
3 phone interviews and 1:1 interview with three managers. Recruiter didn't let me know that this process could take months. Now I know that is common practice or atleast not unusual. I enjoyed talking to them as they seemed to really enjoy working for KPMG.
It was very easy and chill. It was more of a formality when you get to the later rounds. It’s not anything you can study for. Either you gel or you don’t.
Well structured from an aptitude test to a managerial interview. And then a group interview, followed by a final one with the partners. Seamless with timely communication to the applicants
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at KPMG
Interview
Interviewed with 3 people which is normal. Kept promising an offer but was delayed for six months . Once on boarded nobody knew the reason why. Seemed like the recruiter dropped the ball
