Conversations with Project Manager, Customer and other architects and developers. Got a call from the Project Manager with general questions. Got a call from the main architect with the Customer and more technical questions. Final call with architect and some developers and leaders, fully tech.

30 min call. Hiring Manager told me about her cats and her children. She was apparently already "sold" by my resume, which is super solid, I humbly state.... according to globaltestmarket.com, the recruiter to whom I posted application to on Career Builder.
She seemed amazing. They outsource all recruiting.

Interview
Two phone interviews - one with the recruiter, one with a director. Then, on-site interview for 45-50min. The overall process was very smooth and straight forward. They didn't ask brain teaser questions - all the questions were relevant to the job.
