First interview I was given a hands on exam. 2nd was a really technical interview with the lead. Final interview was with the manager, where I was asked situational questions.

Three rounds in interview selection. First round is of technical on telephone. Mostly technical questions. Second round at their office location, it may be face to face or telephonic in company office third round will be face to face mostly managerial / salary discussion.

Mostly technical. Devops, Kanban process, Process template modification, ALM , Shell scripting etc.

Interview
It was a telephonic interview from IBM Pune location. It was a Day long interview. The telephonic interview could be possible from my home but IBM asked me to come to Pune location from Mumbai for the interview.
The interview was really good and it took me just one day. IBM has best interview process I must say compared to any other company.
