While I understand the importance of diving into the technical details of the project, I believe a brief introduction or small talk at the beginning could have provided a more comfortable atmosphere for both parties. This initial connection could help set a positive tone for the conversation. the interview took one hour and after some days, an email was received asking a feedback on the interview process. It was not sent an email informing I was not selected to the position.
