They called for interview process at 10 o clock.First there was an online assessment.It got completed and shortlisted for next face to face interview round by 11:30 .
They didn't even call single person for interview till 2 o clock. I Was so hungry (I didn't even had breakfast in the morning)so went and asked about break for lunch and how much time it may take and all. They said like after 3 candidates your interview is there. Finally at 3:30 my interview turn came.
The interview person was in so much of angry and he was telling like "we are so poor we don't even have discussion room in a bad manner", He didn't even ask to introduce yourself or explain about project nothing. By seeing resume he was asking like is all the mentioned things in the resume are true. I really got shocked the way he asked. He asked like why you want to leave TCS as he himself left TCS after 6 years. He asked only 3 questions even though I explained the way we do in our project and way it can be done manually. He just directly said can't take you.They will call for interview in next to next week again come that time I will take and he also mentioned "People are coming and attending interviews 4 times in a month ".He himself asking question and telling that you will not know this. I directly said I know those things and I explained but still he just sent me away. This was my first interview and it ended in very bad manner by the day end.
Whatever the frustration is please don't play in life of an employer.
