Interview process was good. Online test and F2F interview. I have cleared all rounds. They have collected my bio metrics and said that they will be releasing offer in few days.
After waiting of 1 month, they sent the status as they are not going to consider my profile since there is no need. I was bit shocked. This is an unprofessional approach from IBM. They didn't even have any discussion about this. Worst progress made by the IBM recruitment team. Guys, don't believe with IBM Employment until you get an official confirmation letter.

Went down for F2F interview. Asked on past experiences. Looking out for knowledge as well as passion in the industry. Attitude is also important. Even if you're a fresh grad with little to no experience, there is still a chance to get through as long as they can see the attitude and passion during the interview.
