      Business outlook

      Pros

Good wages / good team / good shift times

      Cons

High pressure and busy at times

Nice people, few bonuses and inflexible working

      Sales assistant
      Former employee
      Wolverhampton, England
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Lots of employees and most are lovely to work with. Management was good at the time but became stricter as I was leaving. All under-25s got the same minimum wage salary, regardless of age.

      Cons

Very few bonuses of working here, the only bonus was 10% discount but only 4 times per year (for a couple weeks at a time). Incredibly inflexible working. You were contracted a day(s) and time(s) and that was your shift for the duration. No shift swaps allowed, meaning if something came up, you had to use holiday (of which you had very little as a part-timer) or take it unpaid. Introduced new contracts whilst I was there which I didn't experience as I never moved over from my original contract which meant you HAD to work a day in the week AND a day at the weekend if part time. Incredibly difficult to work around given the inflexibility of the shifts, especially if you are a student.

      Retail sales associate
      Current employee
      Bury, North West England, England
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Guaranteed weekly hours Friendly atmosphere Pre set shift pattern/not rotating Decent pay for under 25s

      Cons

Feel pressured at peak times when not enough resource Poor staff discount and no other mentionable benefits Very competitive if you want to progress

      Lovely team but chaotic environment

      Sales associate
      Former employee
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

      - Interview process was easy and was offered job on the spot - Team (weekend staff) were lovely to work with, strong team dynamic - 1 hour lunch, 30 minutes break if you do full-day shift, with half day getting 30 minutes break

      Cons

      - Working near the entrance, they lacked heating so my department was shivering most of the time - Lacked cooling system so it was uncomfortable working in hotter seasons - Lacking in staff in all departments, clothes easily piled up on the staff rail, especially when fitting-rooms department did their rounds - Physically draining - Customers lack any sort of respect and kindness

      Okay job but very cliquey

      Sales associate
      Current employee
      Teesside County Borough, England
      Recommend

      Business outlook

      Pros

£12 per hour so if just starting out then thats great but thats about it

      Cons

Too many unpaid breaks basically work 8 hour shift to be paid for 6 and half which is stupid tbh
