    Pros

    Great hourly wage and great if you love to work in fashion

    Cons

    Negative work culture and feels like being back at school. Management constantly in conflict with each other and staff. Full time sales assistant staff running the place and managers are afraid to delegate work to them.

    Lots of employees so my shifts could be changed to suit my needs. Basic work, great for someone in college.

    Cons

    Sometimes there wouldn't be enough floor staff at really busy periods, but this was rare.
