      Pros

      Nice office location. Lots of Friendly faces made going to work easier. Good training programme.

      Cons

      Lots of the staff are such amazing people and make working much easier. Some senior members of staff are 2 faced and would throw you under the bus. One of the big dogs in the office was quite inappropriate towards the female staff even sending private messages to their Instagram accounts causing a lot of rumours to be whispered

      Not a good place to work.

      Pros

      Most of the Staff are nice and friendly, Free lunch once a week from vendors,

      Cons

      Senior managers do not really care about you at all you're just a number. Like being at school no real freedom, Breaks timed, if you have one extra smoke break there is uproar and you are lazy........ Not a 9 to 5 at all in any way, do not be fooled you will be judged if you actually dared leave after 9 hours. I reckon 5 people out of 100 that start with Softcat will stay more than a year at most, very much a revolving door situation.
