      Good money and benefits, WFH option which was great, easy job

      Cons

      Poor plans of action and wrong decisions lead to massive layoffs. Internal processes could be improved to increase customer satisfaction and reduce unnecessary expenses.

      Not much to Smile about

      If you were able to get out of the contact center and into corporate you were treated far better.

      Cons

      Employees are not treated equally. Your experience will depend on your team. Job security was very low. Layoffs every year for multiple years. Not much diversity in leadership.

      While It Lasted…

      it was such a fun place to work – the team members and the culture established was so fun yet professional.

      Cons

      The culture of recurring layoffs yearly, which ultimately led to its demise, added a stressful layer to the environment.

      Upper business leadership is inexperienced leading to poor decisions that are attempted to be solved the same way -> Layoffs

      Great co-workers. Prior to bankruptcy, great benefits. Good management. Extremely flexible schedule.

      Cons

      C-level execs have dropped the ball when it came time to announce layoffs several times. Bankruptcy announcement came out of nowhere.
