      Pros

      Great place to work. Very good culture and co-workers. Useful benefits, like payed sick leave. Opportunities for learning. Good starting salary. Internal transfers are encouraged.

      Cons

      Pay rises not so often and not very big (probably depends on the org.) Self-service. Sometimes confusing information from the top down.

      Nice people, nice offices, good location.

      Cons

      Oracle NetSuite slowly deflates, almost no hiring and salary increases for a few years. Dev related processes became more and more frustrating. Torn between the old and the new priorities are unclear and shifting.
