In my opinion benefit package are top class: - VHI - Pension: company contribute for 8% if you put a minumum of 2% - budget given to buy additional service: days off, no tax pension voluntary contribution.
A bit underpaid on Dublin criteria but less difficult to get hired than Google, Salesforce etc. Progressing into an ISR (Insides Sales) position can turn out to be difficult depending on your patch and your ability to close deals. Some turned out to be less paid from becoming ISR after being a BDC (business development consultant)
