The Flexible bonus and the ability to purchase extra holidays, dental, health insurance and one for all voucher is the best thing about the benefits.
The benefits depends on how you want to spend your budget. They give you a budget for you to spend on different benefits: - Pension - Dentist - Health insurance - you can buy extra days off They say there's free food but it's not true, you have to pay for it with your employee badge. There's a gym and that's great. They say they are for diversity but there are a lot less men than women. In many teams, there's like 1 or 2 women for 10 men. So it's very unequal. They're even getting sued for this.
