Oracle offers a very comprehensive and attractive benefits package, which can be broken out into 3 main categories: core benefits, flexible benefits, and additional non-flex benefits. This model enables employees to select and customise their benefit package to their particular needs with any portion of the allowance that is not used is paid out monthly as salary.
There benefits are outstanding, it's something that they can be really proud of in my opinipn
The benefits depends on how you want to spend your budget. They give you a budget for you to spend on different benefits: - Pension - Dentist - Health insurance - you can buy extra days off They say there's free food but it's not true, you have to pay for it with your employee badge. There's a gym and that's great. They say they are for diversity but there are a lot less men than women. In many teams, there's like 1 or 2 women for 10 men. So it's very unequal. They're even getting sued for this.
Pretty much a bulletproof Benefits Package, but it's targeting the younger audience. It doesn't include too many benefits for spouses in the basic selections. If you get the more premium selections to cover family as well, you will run out of benefit funds quickly.
Oracle provide a very generous benefit package. Highlights include pension, life assurance and health insurance. There are also some other flex benfit options including the option to purchase extra days
It's a great benefits package. Great healthcare, great pension scheme and they allow you to buy extra holidays which is brilliant.
Best: Probably that they have a health insurance and a gym at the office Worst: The variable pay, it is super low, does not depend on your own performance and they can take it away whenever they want.
Ability to decide how benefits are spread across needs. Good pension and holiday benefits as well as VHI and dental cover
it is separate to your salary and OTE and plenty of options for health and extra holidays.
Amazing perks all the way
They give you an amount of money you can spend to Buy Health Insurance, Vacation days, Top up your pension... or you can just use that money to increase your salary. Also the canteen is really good, it is not free but it is subsidize. There is also a nice free Gym inside the building.
