Oracle offers a very comprehensive and attractive benefits package, which can be broken out into 3 main categories: core benefits, flexible benefits, and additional non-flex benefits. This model enables employees to select and customise their benefit package to their particular needs with any portion of the allowance that is not used is paid out monthly as salary.
It's a great benefits package. Great healthcare, great pension scheme and they allow you to buy extra holidays which is brilliant.
Ability to decide how benefits are spread across needs. Good pension and holiday benefits as well as VHI and dental cover
it is separate to your salary and OTE and plenty of options for health and extra holidays.
Amazing perks all the way
They give you an amount of money you can spend to Buy Health Insurance, Vacation days, Top up your pension... or you can just use that money to increase your salary. Also the canteen is really good, it is not free but it is subsidize. There is also a nice free Gym inside the building.
In my opinion benefit package are top class: - VHI - Pension: company contribute for 8% if you put a minumum of 2% - budget given to buy additional service: days off, no tax pension voluntary contribution.
A bit underpaid on Dublin criteria but less difficult to get hired than Google, Salesforce etc. Progressing into an ISR (Insides Sales) position can turn out to be difficult depending on your patch and your ability to close deals. Some turned out to be less paid from becoming ISR after being a BDC (business development consultant)
Oracle provide good benefits package which is can tailor to your needs
Full range of benefits rarely matched by other IT companies
Oracle is a great place to start your career. However, it depends on your direct manager and your personal drive to make the best out of it.
