If you sincerely work...you only get work. If you dont work, you get salary + networking+ close to senior management + promotions. Networking and being yes-man is more important than your work contribution.

1. Bad work culture. 2.No software management and SDLC . 3.Management is based on old and new employment. 4. Outdated development tool. 5. Team management and team interaction is poor. 6. HR only contacting while joining after that you cant feel Dose HR is unknown to you. It means HR communication is not exist. 7. Desk or seating is look like typical 90’s feeling. 8. Two year Bond and variable policy is not good. 9. Saturday is working but HR said its based on project to project . So understand its complete Saturday support. 10. No agile , scrum , standup 11. No chairs 12. 4/5 people are seating at one desk line which is afford 3 people capacity. In this case womens may feel unsecured.

There are no cons; everything depends on the individual capacity
